What a Nevis gaming licence actually costs in 2026.
Real numbers, broken out line by line. No hidden government fees, no surprise compliance retainers presented at the end of the process.
Last reviewedThe headline
Base Year 1 cost for a Nevis NOGA licence is EUR 34,400. That is the regulator fee, Nevis IBC or LLC formation, and the mandatory local Reporting Officer for one year — nothing else.
With our service package added, Year 1 lands at EUR 41,900. Our fee is fixed at EUR 7,500 and covers documentation, regulator liaison, and post-licensing setup. There is no annual escalation clause and no per-domain markup.
NOGA government fees
NOGA charges a single annual fee that combines what other regulators split into application, vetting, and licensing fees.

| Per key employee approval | USD 500 |
| Additional domain | EUR 750 |
| Sub-domain (standard) | EUR 35 |

Company formation
NOGA does not accept foreign-incorporated entities as licensees. You must incorporate either an IBC or an LLC in Nevis before applying. The formation fee covers the registry filing, registered agent, and first-year corporate maintenance.

|---|---|
| IBC or LLC formation | EUR 2,200 |
| First-year registered agent | Included |
| First-year corporate maintenance | Included |

Local Reporting Officer
The Reporting Officer is the licensee's formal contact with NOGA and the FSRC. They must be a Nevis resident, registered with the Financial Services Regulatory Commission, and independent of the licensee's directors, shareholders, and ultimate beneficial owners.
This is a recurring cost and is non-optional. There is no version of the framework that lets you operate without one.

Our service fee
EUR 7,500 fixed. Same fee whether you are a single-product casino or a multi-vertical operator. Includes business plan and policy support, document preparation, regulator liaison through to issuance, and Year 1 compliance setup.

Tax outcomes always depend on operator structure and counterparty residency. We coordinate with corporate tax counsel where structure warrants it.
